Maintenance Engineer

Join our client's dynamic team as a Maintenance Engineer and play a pivotal role in keeping our high-speed, food facility running at peak performance Key responsibilities

• Maximise machinery uptime with planned and preventative maintenance
• Lead improvement projects and continuous improvement to reduce breakdowns
• Collaborate closely with production teams to schedule smart maintenance and drive operational excellence
• Take ownership of your area, ensuring safety, compliance, and top-quality standards
• Supervise contractors and support new product trials and launches Qualifications / Skills
• Experience in FMCG, ideally food production
• Strong knowledge of electrical (single & three-phase), pneumatic, and packaging systems
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical / electrical disciplines (electrical / gas bias preferred)
