Pay rate : £ 31471.44 (yes this include paid breaks)

Finishing Supervisor – Make Every Dish a Standout

Be the final quality check, the last touch of care, and the leader who brings it all together.

As our Finishing Supervisor , you’ll lead the team that dishes up and adds the final flourish to our remarkable meals. You’ll make sure every meal meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and pride .

This is more than just a production role — it’s about making sure every meal we send is something we’d serve ourselves.

The Role

Lead by example

• inspire and support your team to meet production targets while upholding food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Coordinate workflow – manage the day-to-day operations of the finishing area, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Maintain high standards – ensure all products meet presentation, portion, and packaging expectations.

Champion safety and quality – uphold all H&S and food safety policies, and drive a culture of “right first time.”

Support and develop your team – give feedback, coach, and recognise great work while supporting new starters to settle in and succeed.

Problem-solve with purpose – deal with issues calmly and effectively, always working towards better outcomes for the team and the business.

Communicate clearly – liaise with other departments (prep, kitchen, dispatch, planning, hygiene) to keep the process running smoothly.
