Job Title : Estimator – Fit Out & Refurbishment Contractor
Location : London
Employment Type : Full-Time
Salary : £Dependent on Experience
Our Client are a growing fit out and refurbishment contractor who have been seeing year on year growth since they started trading a few years ago. They have been delivering projects ranging from £50,000 - £5million, typically commercial office projects in and around the city.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare cost estimates for commercial fit out projects
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documents to determine accurate pricing
- Maintain and develop pricing databases and cost benchmarks
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks during the estimation process
- Work with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing information
- Provide input into tender submissions and support negotiations where required
- Track cost variances throughout the project lifecycle
