Our client, is currently seeking a Town Centre Regeneration and Delivery Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will have significant experience in town planning, regeneration, and economic development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leading and managing multiple and complex regeneration projects from inception to completion
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints
- Developing and implementing comprehensive town centre strategies
- Collaborating with key stakeholders including local authorities, businesses, and community groups
- Coordinating the efforts of internal teams and external consultants to achieve project goals
- Managing project resources effectively and ensuring efficient use of funds
- Writing detailed project reports and providing updates on progress and outcomes
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of regeneration initiatives on economic development
Job Requirements :
Proven track record in town planning, urban regeneration, and economic developmentStrong project management skills, including resource management and budgetingExperience in managing people and complex projectsAbility to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholdersExcellent communication and report writing skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailFlexibility to be in the office 2-3 days per weekBenefits :
