What You'll Do

ECS Limited offers a unique opportunity for a talented Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Staff Professional to join our Milwaukee team and grow within a dynamic work environment. In this role, you'll work under the guidance of experienced professionals to learn and perform a variety of tasks, including field work and the early stages of project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with field tasks supporting construction materials testing projects; some office work may be involved as you learn about the project lifecycle.
• Conduct field testing of materials such as soils, aggregates, foundations, concrete, masonry, steel, asphalt, and fireproofing.
• Document site observations and results in daily reports using proprietary software.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients, keeping the team informed of site conditions and additional testing needs; attend project meetings as required.
• Begin learning how to classify soil.
