Manpower UK is recruiting a Chef de Partie / Sous Chef on behalf our client.

Location : Bridgend. Due to the rural location access to your own transport is essential.

Pay Rate : £15.00 per hour

Contract Type : Temporary, ongoing (potential for permanent position)

Hours : Full flexibility required. The earliest you will start is 7.30 am with the latest shift ending at 9.30 pm.

Are you a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie looking to work in a dynamic, event-driven kitchen? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded hospitality venue set within scenic parkland near Bridgend. This popular location caters for weddings, private functions, and fine dining guests, offering a high standard of service in a picturesque setting.

nAbout the Role : \n

As Chef de Partie, you'll work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional food across a variety of menus. You'll support with food preparation, service and kitchen organisation, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.

You'll need to be confident working across all sections of the kitchen and have a genuine passion for delivering quality dishes that reflect seasonal ingredients and local produce.

nWhat We're Looking For : \n \n

Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie role within a high-quality restaurant, hotel, or events setting

Flexibility to work across a rota including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

A team player who can also work confidently on their own initiative

Strong understanding of food hygiene standards and kitchen safety
