We are seeking a dedicated professional to support, manage, and inspire our 1st Line Support team, ensuring delivery of first-class service to our colleagues.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge to lead the team, a 'big picture' perspective to learn from helpdesk tickets, and a proactive approach to prevent recurring issues.
You will foster an 'always learning' culture within the team, encouraging continuous professional growth and service excellence.
This position offers flexibility : you will work from our Eastleigh office at least three days a week, with the remaining days remote, from a location of your choice.
