Location : Sheffield (Fully Office-Based)

Furza is proud to be partnering with Harper James , a modern and forward-thinking law firm headquartered in Sheffield, to find their next team of Business Development Representatives.

About the Role :

As part of a dynamic and collaborative sales team, you’ll play a vital role in driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for senior colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales within a trusted legal brand that’s reshaping how SMEs access legal support.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects
Supporting the wider business development strategy by setting up meetings for the senior team
Working collaboratively with marketing and legal teams to support client acquisition

What We're Looking For :

A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven

Eager to learn and develop within a professional sales environment

Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role is a bonus but not essential
