Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is an award-winning owner and operator of luxury hotels, resorts, and residences worldwide. We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant Housekeeper (Maternity Cover) to join our Housekeeping team at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.

Key Responsibilities :

• Uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, exceeding guest expectations.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of Housekeeping, including public areas, laundry & valet, porters, and resident requests.
• Train and develop colleagues, fostering an enjoyable and motivating work environment.
• Oversee departmental administration, monitor quality, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile :

Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role within a luxury hotel, with the ability to manage a diverse team. Flexibility to support peak periods, including weekends and evenings. Attention to detail, operational hands-on approach, and results-driven mindset are essential.

This is a part-time position, 39 hours per week, 5 days. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. The role is based at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.
