Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same.
You will play an important role in the daily operations of our store by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and helping maintain the store’s appearance.
Since the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will constantly seek ways to improve service through on-the-job coaching and feedback.
With your guidance, your store will remain a safe place to work and shop.
You will be Responsible For
If the store has a Post Office Local, duties will include post office operations, requiring passing a background check. If checks fail, the job offer will be withdrawn.

One Stop Stores Limited operates over 1,000 convenience stores across Great Britain, employing more than 10,500 colleagues. Our stores offer a wide range of products and services, including Post Office, cash machines, and vending solutions, and are open seven days a week from 7am to 10pm.
