We are seeking a skilled Design Co-Ordinator to join a reputable Façade specialist subcontractor based in Essex, near Laindon.

The company specializes in new build façade and recladding schemes , so candidates must have previous façade experience .

The primary role of the Design Co-Ordinator involves establishing design protocols and ensuring clear communication of expectations and deliverables with subcontract designers.

Responsibilities include delivering fully coordinated design and production information and monitoring design progress throughout the contract.

They will review subcontract design to ensure it aligns with our proposals and the client's brief before submitting it to the client's design team for review and approval.

The role also involves attending design progress meetings and managing document distribution .

A BSc or MSc in façade engineering is a plus but not essential.
