Joining our Depot Management Team you will be working alongside the Night Shift Manager supporting the Depot, your working week will be any 5days over 7 typically starting at 22 : 30pm.

Our Night Supervisor is a key role ensuring the smooth running of the night operation where you will lead teams of Night Loaders, Sorter and Drivers processing parcels to be delivered to the final customer.

Our Night Supervisor?position is for someone who understands how to motivate staff and can efficiently prioritise pressing needs, where there isnt an obvious solution. Lateral and original thinking would be a benefit as would logistics experience but we are open to experience gained in other related fields. You must be able to work collaboratively and take the lead on projects amongst your peers.
