The Short-Term Services team works to Home First principles, and in close partnership with colleagues in acute and community health services, social care, and the voluntary sector. The local health and social care economy are working to embed and improve Home First working and with continued service development it is an exciting time to join the team. The team is community based with in-reach into hospital and community bed settings. The team is innovative, friendly, and supportive, and there are good opportunities for training and professional development within the job role
What we are looking for :
The post holder will be based in Macclesfield Town Hall. Hybrid working is available and includes working from home, there may be a necessity to travel to other bases. Cheshire East operates a 'flexible and mobile' working policy.
