Manchester Site Administrator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Site Adminstartor to provide comprehensive administrative support at our Manchester Site. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations and provide administrative support to the R&D and Regulatory Assurance teams.

Essential Job Functions :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including site documentation and project files.

Assist with scheduling of site safety meetings, including preparing agenda and taking minutes.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Manage site office supplies, equipment and inventory.

Liaise with subcontractors and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Provide administrative support for Quality systems; manage corrective action tracking and document management systems.

Manage Global R&D SharePoint site ensuring appropriate governance rules are followed.

Qualifications & Experience :

Proven experience as a Site Administrator or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Proficiency in configuring and managing SharePoint sites.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
