About the Role

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping efficient and accurate sales processes? Aptean is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Sales Desk Analyst to join our team in the UK . Reporting to the Sales Desk Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring deal accuracy , improving process efficiency ️, and fostering collaboration between our Sales, Finance, and Legal teams . This is a fantastic opportunity to be a crucial part of a high-impact function, supporting our global sales teams and contributing directly to the smooth execution of deals .

In This Role, You Will

  • Support the Sales team by validating pricing , contract terms , and billing structures for various transactions, including SaaS conversions, product swaps , and ramp deals.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal colleagues to review deal structures, identify potential issues ️, and ensure smooth internal approvals before quotes reach customers.
  • Monitor and manage the Sales Desk request queue .
  • Assist in refining and maintaining Salesforce CPQ validation rules .
  • Help track key metrics to identify areas for process improvement .
  • Partner with Sales Enablement by providing feedback ️ on training materials and act as a critical quality checkpoint , reviewing deals for compliance while helping maintain deal velocity .

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role supporting deal desk, quoting, or order management functions .
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, pricing, contract terms, and enterprise deal structures .
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Salesforce CPQ processes like quote creation and approval workflows .
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately interpret and apply financial and contractual information.
  • Clear, concise communication skills to work effectively across departments (Sales, Finance, Legal).
  • Strong organizational skills ️ for managing multiple priorities in our dynamic, fast-paced sales environment ️.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a proactive interest in improving tools and workflows, along with self-motivation and a strong commitment to operational excellence .
