We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Administrator ready to step into a more technical and field-based role as a Trainee Property Inspector / Assistant Surveyor . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in pre- and post-inspections who is looking to build a career in surveying and property inspection.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Background as a Commercial Administrator or similar role within property or construction

Demonstrable experience in pre- and post-inspection processes

Eager to develop a career as a Property Inspector / Surveyor

Working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. RICS, CIOB, or HNC / HND in Building Studies / Surveying)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

Full UK driving licence
