Job mission.

  • To use all CRM resources to optimise the client journey within to support the retail team with their commercial goals.

key responsibilities.

  • Main point of contact for CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Management of effective attribution across the market
  • Coordination client reward programme - gifting, events, and activations
  • Oversee the database, and support boutiques on the 'CRM Mindset' to keep it clean and prepared for transition to Salesforce.
  • Regular reporting to offer CRM analysis to support brand and retail in achieving their goals.
  • main skills to be successful;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft apps including Excel, BI, PowerPoint and CRM applications.
  • Understanding of the luxury market in general
  • Knowledge of data protection policies
  • Flexible attitude as work is never finite in a small team and ad hoc projects are common!
  • Ability to work independently or in a team depending on the task.
