- To be considered for this position you must be a non : training grade doctor who is able to demonstrate their paediatric experience
Key Responsibilities Will Include
Provide a high : quality elective and emergency anaesthetic serviceEngage in clinical governance activities such as critical incident reporting, attend morbidity and mortality meetings, perform audit, and participate in any mandatory training deemed necessaryActively engage in the teaching and training of other members of the anaesthetic department and hospital staffEngage with quality improvement activityPerform additional management and administrative tasks as deemed appropriate to the positionThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
Post FRCA stage 2 or 3 trainees, who have completed stage 2 paediatric competencies or Non HEE trainee who has completed FRCA and competenciesCommitment to support hospital develop successfully, safe and effective paediatric day case surgical pathwayUnderstanding of Diversity and Inclusion challenges in the workplaceAbility to work under pressure in a multi : disciplinary environmentAbility to prioritise clinical needsBenefits
