Electronic Rates Salesperson Your role

Do you have a strong background in Electronic Fixed Ie Sales? Are you an oues and impact driven individual?

We're looking for an Electronic Rates Salesperson to :

  • provide electronic sales coverage for our EMEA Rates client base
  • form strong relationships with the electronic trading platforms, be well informed about new FinTech in the space, and have a strong understanding of market structure changes
  • work in close collaboration with our voice teams (Sales & Trading) as well as our Algo Quants
  • manage the end-to-end client life cycle for eTrading (enablements, pricing, reviews)
  • support internal projects and automation initiatives

Your team

You'll be joining a strong franchise working in the Electronic Fixed Ie team in London. We provide a range of Electronic Rates products such as Globalernment Bonds, SSA and Covered bonds as well as IRS. As EMEA eRates Sales, you would play a vital role in taking our business in Fixed Ie markets to the next stage of electronification.

This role requires an individual who will both excel in a client-facing role, as well as playing an important role internally, as you would be bringing together stakeholders from a number of areas.

Your expertise

  • ideally minimum 2-3 years of Electronic Fixed Ie sales experience
  • experienced in Bloomberg, Tradeweb, BondVision and MarketAxess
  • strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments and strategies
  • proven understanding of the regulatory environment and its effect on the electronic landscape
  • adeptmunicator and collaborator, able to adapt style to audience
  • able to handle large data sets and extract from it trends and insights
  • a passion for following market structure developments and understanding both current and anticipated trends in Electronic Fixed Ie markets and its participants
