Supply Chain & Sustainability Manager

ESG REC is partnering with a promotional materials agency - seeking a Supply Chain & Sustainability Manager to lead global initiatives focused on transparency, ethical sourcing, ESG reporting, and licensee engagement across a dynamic and distributed network.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and wants to create measurable impact at both the strategic and operational level. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sustainability and supply chain strategy, including supplier compliance (EcoVadis, SEDEX, FSC, etc.)
• Oversee ESG data tracking, due diligence systems, and risk mitigation
• Support licensees with tools, training, and supplier engagement programs
• Manage Scope 3 emissions, traceability systems, and ESG reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement, operations, and client goals
