Role Overview :

The Sous Chef plays a key role in supporting the Head Chef, leading meal prep and service when the Head Chef is managing administrative tasks. The Sous Chef ensures smooth kitchen operations and high standards of meal preparation for our onsite clients, Monday to Friday.

Main duties and responsibilities :

• Lead daily meal preparation and service : The Sous Chef will regularly lead meal prep and service when the Head Chef is focusing on administrative or management tasks. They will ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the weekly menu and tailored to clients' dietary and treatment needs.

Manage kitchen operations : When the Head Chef is unavailable or focused on management duties, the Sous Chef will oversee the kitchen’s day-to-day operations. This includes supervising kitchen staff, co...
