Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor

Bromley | £40,000 – £60,000

The Opportunity

This firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join its busy Residential Property team based in Bromley. You’ll be handling your own caseload across a wide range of residential conveyancing matters in a friendly, collaborative environment.

You’ll be fully supported by a well-established team and realistic targets that reflect the genuine support and resources available - so you can focus on delivering quality work, not chasing new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Advise on a wide variety of matters, including :

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

  • First-time buyers and Buy to Let
  • New Build purchases
  • Staircasing and shared ownership
  • Auction sales and purchases (including Modern Method)
  • Re-mortgaging
  • Transfers of Equity and Title
  • Building Safety Act considerations
  • Provide exceptional levels of client care, maintaining clear communication throughout.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive, positive team culture.

    • About You

  • Qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, ILEX, or CLC with solid residential property law experience.
  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable dealing with a broad range of conveyancing transactions, including freeholds, leaseholds, and more complex matters.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proactive approach.
  • Strong IT and organisational skills.
  • Friendly and professional communicator with a client-focused mindset.
