Model Risk Management is a second line function that is responsible for the independent review and challenge of models & Tools and ensures compliance with standards (e.g., SR 11-7, PRA SS 1 / 23)
This position offers the candidate a unique opportunity to engage in MRM related governance, reporting and validation activities for Tools, with close interactions across numerous stakeholders within Business and Control functions, reporting directly to the Global Head of Tool Oversight (located in London).
Firm Risk Management (FRM) supports Morgan Stanley to achieve its business goals by partnering with business units across the Firm to realize efficient risk-adjusted returns, acting as a strategic advisor to the Board and protecting the Firm from exposure to losses as a result of credit, market, liquidity, operational, model and other risks.
