This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).About the Role : The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children with SEN, working closely with class teachers and the school's SENCo. You will be responsible for delivering tailored interventions, supporting learning activities, and helping create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.Key Responsibilities Include : - Supporting high-quality teaching and learning, both in-class and in small group or 1 : 1 settings.- Assisting in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of lessons and interventions.- Working closely with the class teacher / SENCo to implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs).- Helping to maintain accurate pupil records and SEN documentation.- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.- Supporting the use of IT across the curriculum.- Supervising and supporting pupils during educational visits and external appointments.- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safeguarding an...
