Commercial Gas Engineer - Static - NO STANDBY

Position : Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer

Location : Central & Greater London (within M25)

Type : Permanent, Full-Time (8am-5pm)

Salary : £50,000 - £55,000 / year

Call-Out Rota : 1 in 7 weeks (24 / 7 / 365 service)

• Key Responsibilities

Maintain and service commercial and domestic gas systems.

Troubleshoot heating, hot / cold water systems.

Handle faults involving pumps, BMS, expansion vessels, and valves.

Provide support across trades where needed.

Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.

• Requirements

Essential :

Strong understanding of commercial / domestic appliances and heating systems.

Excellent fault-finding ability.

Commercial gas qualifications (TPCP1 & TPCP1A minimum).

Gas Safe registration.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Confident using a tablet or PDA.

Desirable :

Oil qualifications (salary enhancement offered).

Knowledge of electrical controls and fixed systems.

Experience with BMS and pressure systems.
