Community Outreach Teacher. Job in Thornaby Education & Training Jobs

Smart Education is recruiting a Community Outreach Teacher to support students across Teesside who are unable to attend mainstream or alternative school placements. This flexible role involves delivering Maths, English, and Science sessions to students aged on a 1 : 1 or small group basis in community venues, homes, or alternative provision settings.

You ll be supporting learners with additional needs, including :

• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
• Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD)
