We are seeking supply Teaching Assistants to join primary schools in the Tiverton area, supporting teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. If you have experience working with children, amitment to their development, and a desire to contribute to their success, we’d love to hear from you!

Your new role

You will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development. Working closely with teachers, you will assist with classroom activities, provide one-to-one support where needed, and help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond to different learning styles and classroom challenges with flexibility.
• Relevant Level 2, 3 or HLTA qualifications
• Ability to support classroom teachers in managing student behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
