Account Executive | B2B Telecoms & SaaS | Fully Remote (UK-Based)| up to £70,000 Base + £55,000 Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £140k+)

The Role

We’re looking for a proven new business “hunter” with recent experience in the mobile telecoms and channel space - someone who can generate outbound pipeline from the ground up and close complex, high-value deals at the enterprise level.

This is a self-sufficient, high-autonomy role where you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching through to negotiating and closing. Success here is built on your ability to open doors, build senior relationships, and win business in a competitive, solution-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate your own leads through outbound outreach, cold calling, referrals, networking, and events.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of mobile and telecoms-focused opportunities.
  • Lead complex, full-cycle sales engagements with deal sizes from £40k to £250k+.
  • Close new business across mid-market and enterprise verticals.
  • Influence and sell to C-level decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to shape compelling, commercially sound proposals.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events as a trusted advisor.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a clear track record of success in outbound-led new business roles.
  • Must have recent experience in mobile telecoms or channel sales, with strong sector knowledge.
  • Proven ability to consistently close 5–6 figure enterprise-level deals.
  • A disciplined, high-energy prospector who thrives in a self-directed, fast-paced environment.
  • Gravitas and communication skills to build trust at executive level.
  • UK-based with flexibility for occasional client travel as required.
  • The Offer

  • 55,000 – £70,000 base salary (DOE)
  • 55,000 uncapped commission (OTE £120k–£140k+)
