About the Role

To support the Finance Manager in delivering an effective and accurate Management and Financial Reporting function to the Group and internally. Key duties include provision of timely and accurate weekly and monthly financial information to the business.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with period end close and preparation of management accounts, which will include meeting set deadlines and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assisting in the production of annual budgets and quarterly reforecast information.
• Involvement in business partnering around the business. Manning, VPE, Raw Materials calls.
• Posting journals accurately to assist the Finance team.
• Present monthly finance results for Leeds site to Management.
• Group technical reporting.
• EBITDA bridges. Budget and last year v’s this year.
• Ensure that all department deadlines are strictly adhered to and provide flexibility to ensure an efficient period end close process.
• Ensure all Company financial procedures are effectively applied at all times.
