Chef de Partie

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our talented team at The Parakeet.

The Parakeet is a Public House and Dining Room situated in the heart of Kentish Town. The perfect space to enjoy great local beers and ales alongside a selection of carefully curated wines and spirits. With a focus on local and seasonal produce, the kitchen delivers a woodfired menu of delectable small plates and on Sundays, the best roasts in the city.

What to Expect :

16-18 per hour inclusive of tronc. Hourly wages are paid every 2 weeks on a Friday and tronc is paid on the last Friday of the month.

A dynamic working environment where no two shifts are the same—each night brings its own rhythm and vibe.The Blues Kitchen is a lively bar, restaurant and music venue meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts over the course of the week.
