We’re partnering with a leading client who is looking to expand their established Service Team with an additional Field Service Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge equipment across the veterinary and life sciences sectors, delivering high-quality service and building strong client relationships. What we need from you :

• Proven experience working with technical products, ideally within the laboratory, life sciences, or biomedical sectors.
• Previous experience in a field-based engineering role within veterinary, medical, pharmaceutical, or life science industries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, can-do attitude.
• A detail-oriented approach and high standards of accuracy.
• Effective written communication and decision-making skills.
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South East and potentially further when required. What the role involves :
• Carrying out planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs on a wide range of biomedical and veterinary equipment.
• Installing and commissioning new equipment at client sites.
• Producing clear service and validation reports using reporting software.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborating with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and technical insights.
• Attending training sessions to continuously grow your product and technical knowledge.
• This is a field-based role, with all necessary tools, equipment, and a company vehicle provided.
