As a Marketing Manager at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in executing regional-specific campaigns, managing event marketing programs, and developing content across various channels. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and regional leaders to support the integration of new merger partners and optimise marketing strategies for the Gallagher Bassett family of brands. Your ability to build effective relationships with sales, client services, and shared services marketing team members will be key to your success.

How you'll make an impact

  • Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with divisional priorities.
  • Manage marketing integration for new merger partners.
  • Execute marketing projects based on business strategies and growth plans.
  • Coordinate brand awareness, client retention, and lead generation programmes.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Manage event, hospitality, and association marketing plans.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all collateral and regional initiatives.
  • Develop compelling copy for industry marketing deliverables.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts to maximise ROI.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and projects, providing updates to stakeholders.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications is preferred.
  • Experience of B2B marketing, ideally in professional services.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on grammar, copywriting, and proofreading.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proven track record in managing integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
