The Role :
As a Private Client Paralegal, you will work closely with solicitors, providing vital support on a varied caseload of private client matters. Your responsibilities will include :
- Assisting with the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Supporting the administration of estates, including Grant of Probate applications
- Handling Court of Protection deputyship applications
- Assisting with Trust administration
- Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals
- Preparing legal documents and conducting legal research
