Job descriptionOwn architecture, infrastructure, and technical decisions. Build scalable full-stack systems (Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB). Improve performance, reliability, and deployment processes. Partner with the founders to design, build, and ship fast. Set the groundwork for future hires and engineering culture. Frontend & Backend : Next.js, Node.js Infrastructure : MongoDB Atlas, Heroku Tools : Auth0, AWS S3, WebSockets AI & Voice : OpenAI, Twilio, ElevenLabs Senior full-stack engineer with startup experience. Strong architectural instincts and scalable systems know-how. Clean, maintainable coding style with performance in mind. Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working independently. Passionate about building tech that solves real-world problems. Immediate impact - your work will reach real users, fast. Equity with real upside - grow with the company. Remote-first flexibility - work from anywhere in the UK.
