Join a Global Leader in Food ProductionKinetic Recruitment Services are proud to be working in partnership with one of our major global clients to recruit full-time Food Production Operatives for their busy site in Ashton-under-Lyne.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class manufacturing team with great earning potential and the possibility of a long-term role for the right candidates.These roles operate on a rotating 2-week shift pattern : Week 1 :

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday - 48 hoursWeek 2 :
• Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday - 36 hoursYou must be able to work both DAY AND NIGHT shifts.Pay RatesFirst 12 weeks :
• Standard : £13.43 / hour Overtime (Mon-Sat) : £20.15 / hour Overtime (Sun & Bank Hols) : £26.86 / hourAfter 12 weeks :
• Standard : £15.61 / hour Overtime (Mon-Sat) : £23.43 / hour Overtime (Sun & Bank Hols) : £31.24 / hourAs one of the Food Production Operatives, you will be tasked with
• Packing the product into boxes
• Shrink Wrapping the boxes
• Assembling boxes on to Trucks
• Operating high-speed production lines
• Maintaining quality standards and hitting KPIs
• Following all health and safety proceduresWhat we are looking for the Food Production ops to have is
• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is ESSENTIAL
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills - written and oral
• A team player who takes pride in their work
