Sales Executive £27K + Commission (Glasgow)

A growing business in Glasgow is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales, with strong earning potential, full training, and a clear path for progression.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will focus on generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Youll spend much of your day speaking with potential clients over the phone, building relationships, and booking high-quality meetings for the wider sales team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in cold calling, customer service, or any phone-based position who is now ready to move into a focused sales role and take their skills to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the companys services and generate interest

Book qualified appointments and meetings for senior colleagues

Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns to convert interest into booked meetings

Build and manage your own pipeline using a CRM system, ensuring all activity is accurately tracked

Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team to share insights and feedback from conversations

Achieve and exceed monthly activity and booking targets

Whats on Offer

27,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with a realistic first-year OTE of £54,000

Year 2 OTE of £71,000, with many consultants earning over £100,000 by year 3

Several consultants currently earning these figures are under 30, showing what's possible early in your career

Ideal Candidate Profile

Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking on the phone

Experience in cold calling, customer service, call centres, or any phone-based role is highly valued

Keen to learn and open to feedback and coaching

Interested in building a long-term career in sales, with progression in mind

Organised and able to manage a busy workload effectively
