The Role We’re looking for a hands-on, curious, and detail-driven Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team. You’ll be working on a variety of exciting, cutting-edge projects — taking concepts through schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, testing, and support for manufacture. This is a full-lifecycle electronics role where you'll develop real products used by professionals in live environments. We’re a small team, so you’ll have real ownership, fast learning opportunities, and support from experienced engineers. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronics for new products from concept to manufacture
- Create and maintain schematics and PCB layouts using EDA tools (e.g. OrCAD, Altium)
- Build and test prototypes; troubleshoot and resolve design or performance issues
- Support the manufacturing team with production test / debug
- Contribute to design reviews and help improve tools and workflows
- Engage in R&D discussions and propose creative technical solutions Essential Skills & Experience
- A degree in Electronics Engineering (2 : 1 or higher) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Familiarity with circuit design and PCB layout using industry-standard EDA tools
- Practical lab skills — soldering, testing, using oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.
- A problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills Desirable Extras
- 1–3 years of relevant industry experience in electronics design
- Experience taking designs through the full product lifecycle
- Knowledge of design for manufacture and test
- Exposure to production environments or supporting hardware in the field
