• Experience : Must have a solid background in Health & Social Care, ideally as a live-in carer.
• Driver's License : A must-have due to Norfolk’s scenic, yet sprawling nature.
• Work Schedule : Able to work one week on, one week off.
• Training Enthusiasm : Keen to attend training sessions, both in-person and online in Norfolk.
• Cooking Skills : Capable of creating heartwarming homemade meals.
• Tech Savvy : Comfortable with digital devices for care documentation.
• Communication : Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• References : Provide glowing references from similar roles.
• Sense of Humour : Ability to share a laugh and brighten a day. Additional Requirements
