Counterbalance Forklift Driver

We are excited to announce an opening for a skilled and motivated Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our clients dynamic team in Romford. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to secure a stable and rewarding career within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate a counterbalance forklift in a safe and efficient manner to transport goods and materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring that all items are handled with care to prevent damage. Conduct regular checks on the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area while adhering to all health and safety regulations. Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock counting and reporting discrepancies, to ensure accurate stock levels. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet operational targets.

Requirements :

Valid Counterbalance Forklift License is essential. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred, with a proven track record of operating a counterbalance forklift. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to working safely. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
