Edinburgh (2 days onsite) | Up to £63,000

We are looking for an Application Manager to join an Edinburgh-based IT team – reporting into the Head of Technology and leading a team of three Business Systems Analysts on a critical ERP platform.

This is hands-on leadership . You’ll be the platform or ERP SME – championing upgrades, feature releases, access control and system configuration – all while guiding and mentoring a top-tier team of Business Systems Analysts.

What you’ll be doing :

• Owning the overall health and performance of the niche ERP
• Managing roadmap items, upgrades, and improvements
• Working across departments – from finance to ops – and managing upward to stakeholders as well as a small team
• Supporting and leading three Business Systems Analysts
• Dealing with everything from access requests to system optimisation to long-term enhancements
• Being the go-to for systems knowledge and platform performance
