What you'll do

Visit stores regularly to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance

Mentor and support Store Managers in recruitment, training, and development

Empower teams to achieve KPIs and uphold standards

Create a positive environment for teams to perform their best, aligned with our Principles

What you'll need

Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites

Ability to analyze reports and implement next steps

Drive to learn and adapt to business changes

Effective communication skills

Full UK Driving License
