Are you a graduate looking to gain classroom experience before beginning a career in education? A lovely little primary school in Manchester is looking for a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and 2.

The Role

As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to deliver support both in lessons and through small group and 1-2-1 interventions. Your role will be focused on helping children reach academic targets, boosting confidence, and ensuring all pupils are engaged in their learning. You will be helping to boost attainment and inspire a love for learning.

This role is ideal for a graduate who is enthusiastic, reliable, and looking to kickstart their career working in schools. Ideally you will be looking to gain experience prior to applying for your PGCE / teacher training. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build positive relationships with children and staff are essential.
