We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our team . This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Executive and Head Chef. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in a culinary environment as a Commis Chef within a luxury setting.

Location : The Chesterfield Mayfair, London

Employment Type : Full-time

Working Pattern : Shift work (5 days on, 2 days off)

Salary : £25,397 + service charge

Key Responsibilities Of a Commis Chef

Assisting in the preparation and production of menus

Preparing all dishes to the required standard and specification

Maintaining high health and safety standards

Being responsible for securing the kitchen when on late duty

Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times

What are we looking for?

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef in a professional kitchen.

A genuine passion for cooking and a keen interest in culinary development.

Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

A flexible, proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.

A desire to learn and progress within a luxury hospitality setting.
