Working hours are 10 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• The Housing Disrepair sales Surveyor will conduct a door to door process to each council property once you have found a tenant needing help. The following procedure will then take place....
• Our inspection, identify disrepair issues such as damp, mold, and leaks, and gather photographic and video evidence to support legal claims. This is a door-to-door role requiring excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to tenants. The role involves travel to various cities from time to time and direct interaction with clients.
