Structural Engineer - Contract | Greater Manchester | Outside IR35 | Market Rate

We're hiring a Structural Engineer for a 3-month rolling contract with a new and fast-growing consultancy in Greater Manchester. This role is outside IR35 and offers a competitive market rate .

Key Responsibilities :

Writing high-quality structural reports (residential & light commercial)

Conducting structural surveys

Supporting general design work across varied projects

Requirements :

Strong report writing & survey experience

Proficient in UK Building Regs & structural design software

Able to work independently and liaise with clients

Chartered or near-chartered preferred
