Project Manager

A leading national FM and building services provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a flagship healthcare contract in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver impactful refurbishment and lifecycle projects within a live clinical environment.

• Key Responsibilities :

Manage and deliver refurbishment works across healthcare facilities

Oversee contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance

Maintain health & safety and HTM standards across live environments

Work collaboratively with estates teams, clinicians, and other key stakeholders

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards

• About You :

Proven experience delivering refurbishment or capital works projects, ideally in healthcare or regulated environments

Strong understanding of CDM regulations, H&S, and working in live operational settings

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to drive projects forward independently with minimal supervision
