Job descriptionNVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care. Minimum of 6 months healthcare experience obtained in the UK. Evidence of full immunity to Hepatitis B, MMR, Tuberculosis & Varicella. Right to work in Northern Ireland without restriction. We cannot offer sponsorship for this role. Provide compassionate assistance to patients with their daily needs. Aid patient’s mobility, ensuring they feel safe and confident. Monitor and document patients' health signs. Be a friendly presence, offering emotional support. Encourage participation in activities and hobbies to enhance patients’ mood and wellbeing. Maintain a clean and safe environment.
