Hi Vis Hire, Specialist Recruiters for the Hire industry, has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Relationship Manager to join a leading hirer of Accommodation / Portable Welfare units, Portable Toilets, Storage solutions, Tower Lights, and Fencing at their depot near Falkirk.

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of service delivery to customers meet or exceed agreed service levels, and that any improvements or changes required are implemented efficiently. This role focuses on building strong relationships with existing and lapsed customers to maximize business opportunities.

Candidates should have :

• Previous success in a Business-to-Business Customer Service role
• Experience in outbound calling, including formulating call plans and gathering information
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills, comfortable dealing with a wide range of customers and people
• The ability to identify key decision makers and uncover customer needs
• Passion and results-driven attitude
• A professional and confident telephone manner
• Experience or understanding of the construction / hire industry (beneficial)
