Job description

VTA Recruitment are looking for an experienced Gardener, based in Cheadle.

Our client provides a huge range of services to the public and private sectors across Greater Manchester. This role will involve working in a cemetery providing gardening maintenance. You must have experience in gardening when applying.

Details :

12.59 per hour
08 : 00 - 16 : 00
Monday - Friday

Responsibilities :

Maintain and care for the cemetery including planting, pruning, and weeding - within commercial grounds.

Use power tools and hand tools to perform various gardening tasks.

Assist with landscape maintenance, such as mowing lawns and trimming hedges.

Perform general groundskeeping duties to keep the outdoor areas clean and presentable.

Requirements :

Previous experience in gardening or groundskeeping is necessary.

Ability to operate a ride on mower

Ability to safely use powered hand tools such as strimmer's and hedge cutters.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time.
