What's the role about?

We're on the lookout for a motivated and commercially astute Assistant Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving digital sales, optimising stock and margin performance, and supporting our global partner portfolio. You'll act as a key link between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery, strong product availability, and alignment with our brand identity across all touchpoints.

What you'll be doing

Delivering seasonal plans and trading actions to drive sales and margin growth across global partners.

Managing the delivery process from warehouse to partner, ensuring accuracy and speed to market.

Supporting planning with product grading, replenishment parameters, sizing, and critical path awareness.

Acting as the key link between Merchandising and Digital teams to ensure alignment with marketing and promotional activity.

Collaborating with partners to drive product performance and strengthen trading relationships.

Reporting on trade performance and providing insights, identifying risks and opportunities.

Assisting in the launch of new seasons, product groups, and handling end-of-season transitions.

Contributing to the ongoing expansion into new global partnerships.
